Angie Twardawa is the CEO and founder of Angie’s Transportation, one of the fastest-growing certified woman-owned trucking companies in the Midwest. Operating across 49 states and Canada, the company specializes in refrigerated and dry goods, FTL, LTL, warehousing, cross-docking, and more. But behind this powerhouse business is a deeply personal story.
Raised in the trucking world, Angie started her journey on the road with her father — learning not just the mechanics of logistics, but the values that shape great companies: integrity, hustle, and relationships. In 2012, she launched her own company with her brother, a whiteboard, and a single truck. Since then, she’s grown it into a $20M operation with over 65 trucks — even rebuilding after a devastating fire in 2017.
